Text sets are a powerful tool for educators in planning units of instruction to help students meet the demands of the core educational standards. (Not to brag, but your new Text Set will be academically aligned!)
The Set is a collection of related texts and resources developed around your book! With your book-baby in mind the set is focused on rich, complex grade-level appropriate content. What is important is that the texts in the set are connected meaningfully to each other to deepen student understanding of the anchor text. Sounds great, right?!

Two-Paged Personalized & Academically Standards-Aligned Text Set Companion Guides consisting of the following live-linked elements:
Primary Sources & Research Materials listing supplemental materials offering a deeper exploration of the intended impact of the story
Complimentary Content Listing of topics & texts that lead to a deeper understanding of the book

Call and schedule a 90 minute-long one-on-one consultation with Debbie during which details of your text set will be defined.
Be sure to send us a copy of the book in either hard copy or .pdf format!
Based on your consultation you will complete a questionnaire in which content for the text set will be specified.
Upon completion of the two-page text set, Deb will submit a draft of the project to you.
At that point, you can take a look and offer revisions. Each text set is allowed two rounds of edits, if needed. (…but we think you’ll love it!)
After that, she’s all yours!!
